This past Sunday (10-7-18) I ran the Chicago Marathon with thousands of other determined people. We ran for many different reasons, whether for charity or personal records, but we all did it and proved to ourselves we could. This song goes out to all the runners. Sometimes the fear of not knowing what something will be like when you accomplish a task holds me back, but in a situation like a race, there’s nothing you can do but keep going.
The #OneHourSong is a weekly project where I set a timer for one hour with a blank piece of paper, my piano and sometimes my laptop and recording equipment. In one hour I write, record, edit and publish whatever comes of it for the world to see.
